Tammy helped guide us through two real estate transactions this summer--both the buying of our new home and the selling of our existing house. The process in general is a very taxing one, and if we did not have Tammy in our corner it could have been a terrible experience. However, she made things go smoothly. She has a very strong knowledge of the real estate market in Genoa and surrounding areas and helped walk us thru the process on both ends. The house we purchased was a foreclosure and FHA owned and she made the added steps of working thru that process painless and helped negotiate us a very good purchase price. The selling of our home was a laborious experience due to issues with the buyer's lender. I was very skeptical that the deal would go thru and was about ready to tell Tammy we needed to find a new buyer but Tammy spent an inordinate amount of time coordinating among the various parties--mortgage bankers, underwriters, assistants, our attorney, buyer's attorney, etc. to get the deal back on track. We ended up closing the transaction a couple weeks later than originally set up for purely due to the lender's incompetence, which was still much earlier than if we pulled out and found a new buyer. All in all, we got a qualified buyer and a competitive selling price. Bottom line is that if you want a real estate agent that will go the extra mile for you, you won't be disappointed if you choose Tammy to represent you when either buyer or selling (or both).
