We cold called Tammy when we saw her name on Zillow, so we weren't sure what to expect. Tammy turned out to be an excellent choice for a realtor. We used her first on the buying side of the transaction, and then on the selling side of the transaction. For the buying side, she was able to show us homes on very short notice, and when we did write an offer, she had suggestions that helped us get the house in a competitive market. On the selling side Tammy used many different advertising methods. She also had us download a showing app which was very convenient. She was persistent with anyone who showed interest. We were happy to receive a good offer and just closed on Friday. I highly recommend Tammy if you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, persistent, communicative, organized, and funny!
