First class realtor, we had an excellent experience with Tammy from start to finish. We encountered several agents before Tammy and found laziness, disinterest, and an inability to engage with our needs at all. Most of all we found dishonesty. Tammy helped us quickly find a new home in Acton and sell our own in Valencia for top dollar (all within a week thanks to an immediate open-house for which she baked fabulous cookies and babysat our cat)! When the home we wanted received multiple offers, Tammy negotiated skillfully and successfully with the other agent, and made us feel like we were in safe, caring hands. She made trips to escrow on our behalf and worked closely every day with our lender to meet the pressure of a superfast closing. Her local and long-standing connections in the building community bailed us out of a last minute appraisal nightmare. Buying and selling a home is most traumatic, yet Tammy honored our stress and impatience with kindness, understanding, and humor! We've rarely met a more honest, thoughtful, and hardworking person. I couldn't ask for a better realtor, Not only did Tammy find my home, but she did literally al the leg work in offers, insurance and working with my loan agent. All I had to do was send a text to her here and there and she responded immediately with the info I needed. Tammy is one of the kindest most sincere people I have ever met and that’s only partially why she is a great real-estate agent. My husband and I were given the dreaded 60 days’ notice to leave our home of 5 years when our landlord decided to put it on the market. We contacted Tammy the next day and explained the situation.
