I needed to sell my father's unit in On Top of the World following a series of medical issues he had which resulted in having to move him into a memory care facility. Considering I am not local to Ocala, this would have been extremely hard to manage without Tammy. Tammy supported me in so many ways... be it overall guidance on pricing based on existing inventory, showing up to the unit to oversee service people or making sure the title company would get all the closing paperwork handled ahead of time (as the closing was scheduled for when I had family vacation scheduled), she was there 100% throughout the entire process.
