Tammy was wonderful. We were buying what will be our retirement home. We are from out of state and Tammy made trips out to the house to take additional pictures prior to our trip and answered many questions ( and we had a bunch). She is very knowledgable of the area and was a big help recommending several local vendors for inspections and related items. While we were in town Tammy showed us many different propertys and areas in addition to the house we were interested in to give us an additional feel of what was available. She took an huge amount of her time to always make sure all the details were taken care of during our viewing, inspections and negotiations and closing (Sellers and their agent could be somewhat difficult at times) and always steered us in the right direction. Being from out of state we made many calls and emails to Tammy and if we did not connect right away she always got back in touch with us in short order. We never felt like we were being a pest. She is very professional, truthful and honest. If she didn't have an answer for our question she would tell us so and get back with with the correct information. We felt that she had our back before, during and after our transaction and would recommend her highly if you are in the market for a home.
