Tammy is very knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate. In my investment property sale she was able to offer advice to help with the comps, options, price point, repairs, beautification, and presentation. The closing was on my schedule at a Starbucks with a traveling notary that was quick and easy. At the same time we worked on another purchase. She listened to my needs and wants and requirements.
