Tammy was very respectful and very open to our concerns about selling in a home market that had varying market closing prices for local homes. She walked through our home and was "spot on" with the actual evaluation of our home. She is very honest and we trusted her professional judgment...which ended up being the best decision.

We moved from out of state back to IL and contacted Tammy from having worked with her previously. It was the best decision we made. Tammy & her team really cared about making sure our goals were not only met but exceeded our expectation. They not only have the expertise in their field but they go out to ensure any challenges that we came across were handled in the most professional way. That even goes for her referrals like attorney Mike. We were highly impressed and am glad that after having looked at 44 houses in total !! we found the place we were looking for.

I had two other relators before we met Tammy. Not only is she the most knowledgeable, she's also extremely honest and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about.
