We are New Yorkers looking for single family homes in Florida. We worked with Tammy Atlas over the course of four months. Tammy was professional, patient and courteous throughout the process without exception. She was very communicative and always kept us up to date no matter the time of day. We looked to Tammy for advice and guidance regarding the market and she delivered (she knows the market very well). She's very insightful about people, which was invaluable in helping close the deals. Tammy knows how to be tactfully aggressive in protecting your interests when dealing with other realtors and sellers. She also helped rent one of my properties in a similar, efficient fashion.
