Tammie is simply the best in every respect: 1. She guided us through the process of preparing the property to be ready for sale. She made suggestions but let us make the final decision. 2. When we asked questions she gave us valuable information. 3. She worked hard at holding down the costs of repair work that was done before the property went on sale. 4. She has many workmen with which she has worked before. Pricing was reasonable and excellent, although she stepped in occasionally to get a better vendor price if she thought it was too high. 5. If she didn't like the results of the work, she required it to be done again. 6. She remained in constant contact with escrow and title. 7. She reported all important updates to us almost with in minutes of when she was informed. 8. Her knowledge of the process and the forms was remarkable.
