Tammie is amazing! We were selling our home to purchase a new one. Timing was really everything. With the housing market like it is right now we were nervous about sellers accepting an offer from us, being that it would be contingent on the sale of our home. We found our dream home before receiving an offer on ours, which was something I had wanted to avoid. Tammie worked her magic and the seller accepted our offer, and she had an offer on our house day 5 of being on the market! Day or night she was available to answer questions. Prior to receiving an offer on our house Tammie always followed up with feedback from those who came for a showing. We were able to make changes and improvements quickly based on the feedback while our house was still new on the market. There was a small hiccup due to a paperwork error from our buyers bank. Tammie was on top of it, getting closings and signings rescheduled quickly for the next business day and managed to arrange everything so it didn’t impact anyone’s moving plans. She really is a miracle worker! I don’t think anyone else would have been able to do what Tammie did for us. Everyone told us selling to buy in a quick selling market was going to be difficult and frustrating, Tammie made it seem like a walk in the park.
