OMG!!! Working with Tammi was such a breeze!! She listened to our concerns and gave her honest, well educated opinion. She made sure she communicated with us every step of the way. Tammi represented us in the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. She worked with us to price our old home accordingly. Our home was under contract within 4 days at a time when the local market was showing signs of cooling off. Contract negotiations proved to be somewhat difficult. Tammi helped us navigate this difficult process and come out of it relatively unscathed making minimal concessions to the buyers. Overall, this was a positive experience.

We worked with Tammi and a builder for several months but due to an unexpected building moratorium related to recent neighborhood-wide landslide concerns, we suddenly need to switch gears and buy a house before our lease ran out. On one day's notice, she showed us probably 30 houses in our desired parameters over two days and skillfully assisted with negotiating all the contract details to our favor. We even managed to close before we needed to vacate our rental less than 45 days after she started showing us houses.
