We received an unexpected, and lucrative, offer on our residence that required us to locate new housing immediately in a very “hot” market. Due to my physical needs we had to locate a home with a first floor bedroom, a rarity in this area. Tammey quickly located choices in neighborhoods that met our requirements and set up views. We made an offer on an ideal location and then she really demonstrated her knowledge of the loan and closing processes. Working closely with the listing agent and our lender we were able to get everything done in time to allow our buyers to close and move in accord with their schedule. I strongly recommend Ms. Drummond for consideration by any prospective buyer looking for professional and efficient service in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
