Tamika Nealy-Farmbry and her team at Elfant Wissahickon made our first homebuying experience less stressful and kept our minds at ease throughout the entire process. Tamika, Charise, and Jenn were there for us and kept us abreast of things as properties came and went, and were always very transparent with us. An already daunting and nerve-wracking experience, especially when it came to dealing with the lending company (while being 8 months pregnant with twins), was made so much easier to bear because of Tamika and her professionalism.

I appreciate the high level of effective communication skills that Tamika uses in her daily interactions with us. Not just talking,but attentive listening skills. We absolutely love Ms. Tamika and cannot recommend her enough!

She did a very good job preparing me for selling my house by giving many suggestions, resources and guidance. Her knowledge of the community history was reassuring. Her knowledge of the market helped us make good decisions. She was professional, timely with most matters and very pleasant to work with.

They listened to my wishes on what type of house I wanted and emailed me listings based off that.
