positive, proactive, straightforward!
Tamika sold my condo upon my relocation to another state. Her team -- another realtor, title company, and the contractor consortium -- coordinated beautifully to keep me informed and all docs signed throughout the contract and escrow processes. She promptly addressed all questions, reassured me, and provided realistic advice moment to moment. From beginning to end, I knew I was in good hands, especially after the first offer fizzled. She knows the market and knows Oakland. Happy to recommend Tamika!
