Wow where do I start, Well Tami is a one of a kind agent who will give it to you straight. If you follow her advice not matter if you are buying or selling she will not steer you wrong. She was my buying agent 2 years Pryor to me selling my home. She fought for me at that time and got us the best deal, when it came time to sell we used her again and once again she fought for us and got us the best deal possible!
