Since this was a sale of an estate/family home, I didn't know much about it. After we went in to get family possessions, Tami and her team came in and sorted everything that was left with a took care of getting a company to remove everything else. I didn't have to worry about a thing since I was out of state. Tami's communication was excellent. She informed me of everything every step of the way. There was one glitch that she discovered after it went on the market that made a big difference in our asking price resulting in us having to lower the price. After that she compared other comparable houses in the market to help us find a good listing price. She also staged our house and had professional photos taken. This makes a huge difference.
