As first-time home buyers, my fiancé and I didn't know how to go about purchasing a home, but from friends and family that have recently gone through this process, we thought that although it would be exciting, the process could be overwhelming. After discussing what we were looking for, Tami was there every step of the way guiding us through the entire process. From touring, what felt like dozens of houses, to receiving the keys to our perfect home, Tami made us feel very comfortable throughout our home buying experience. She was very kind-hearted and understood how big of milestone purchasing our first house was. Tami Reilly was amazing! She bent over backward for us. We started looking in Pompano Beach with our daughter and fiancé, after 2 months and no luck for them , my husband and I found an investment property to fix up . Tami helped us with the purchase while still showing homes to our daughter. A few weeks later Tami found them their first home and answered all their questions as first time mortgage holders. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. When you choose to work with Tami (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc. After you finish, she will give you her opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc. Will definitely use Tami again in the future !
Tami is the best Agent we have ever worked with. We were trying to buy a house in a very competitive situation. She helped us navigate through the different options which led us to be the offer accepted. After that, the seller had some issues with permits. Tami and her team made sure all the permit issues were resolved. Her communication throughout the process led to a smooth closing. I highly recommend Tami and would use her again.
