I couldn’t be happier to write this review about the realtor we had. Her name is Tami Murphy. My husband and I have been working with Tami Murphy to prepare our home for selling. Tami was very knowledgeable on the steps we needed to take. She made everything so easy. She had an answer to any questions we had for her and she always offered wonderful advice. We gave Tami a big job, not only was she selling our house in Los Banos, CA for us, ”Our first home we raised our children in”, Tami was also working very diligently on our new home purchase as well. We moved to little town called Hollister,CA. I was so worried about how this would all fall into place. I recall Tami reassuring us that everything would be fine. She was correct 100%. We did have a few hurdles to jump over in our new purchase, but Tami stepped right in to make sure we got everything we wanted in our new home purchase and she made sure we came first and that we were pleased with everything in buying our forever home. Tami Murphy is like no other realtor I’ve worked with. She is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient and most of all she cares and it shows. It’s not just a job for her, she does real estate because she loves helping people and making their Dreams come true. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for our family Tami Murphy. I could never thank you enough.

We hired Tami to sell our home and purchase our new home. She was always professional and highly responsive, even with my high demands :-) Tami's presentation of the home we sold was impressive, from the flyers, to the video, to the advertising. I met Tami Murphy at an Open House. After working with 2 other agents who barely responded to me and Never helped my husband and I buy a house, I decided to reach out to Tami. Sje went to work for us right away. Within 1 month, we made an offer on a home. First time homebuyers, I let my anxiety take over and I withdrew our offer. Tami didnt give up on us and kept helping us find a home. We found another home and within 1 1/2 months, Tami handed us our keys. I Loved her Attitude, Personality and her Availability. It didnt matter what time of day or night, weekday or weekend. She worked hard for us and she made sure we found what we were looking for. She never pressured us into anything we didnt want. If you are looking for a home and want someone who is going to be there for you and not themselves, Tami Murphy is the agent you need to work with. After being in our new home, Tami would call to see how things were going and making sure we received documents from the title company. Other agents will sell the home, get paid and move on. Not Tami. Trust me, you will be Happy that you worked with her.

When we first met Tami Murphy to discuss selling our home, she came prepared with data on our house and similar houses in our area. She showed us what they sold for and what similar houses are selling for to ensure we are listing at the right price. Tami also explained how she was going to list and advertise the sale of our home, set up a date to have pictures taken as well as scheduled an open house. Due to her experience and aggressiveness, we had several buyers within a few days. Tami was very good and keeping us informed of every step of the process and what to expect next. As first time sellers, Tami took charge and we felt confident that she knew what she was doing. I highly recommend Tami Murphy to help sell or purchase a home as she truly does work for her clients in a very business and professional manor.

I was totally new to the Los Banos area and Tami provided expertise in the homes in the area that would meet my needs. She also provided information regarding the area and the services in the area which proved very useful to a new comer. My transaction proved to be complicated, because I needed to sell my existing home prior to buy in Los Banos. That was delayed several times by the buyer and the seller in Los Banos was very anxious to close the sale on this end. Tami proved to be an asset as we worked through all of this and finally both sales were closed. Even if you don't anticipate any problems with your transaction, Tami was a good help because you never know what will come up.

Tami was without a doubt a game changer for us, she walked us threw step by step, she is awesome, without her guidance we would still be renting, she was very patient with us and helped us make informed decisions without being pushy, thank you for all your help Tami.
