We had a great experience with Tami as a buyer but when it came to selling our house it was the opposite. When asked about why she didn’t conduct a open house year she stated all the reasons why we needed to lower our price instead. When we had other realtors look at our contract they were appalled at all the charges we paid when we shouldn’t for closing. Tami did not seem to have our best interest in mind, only herself. I wouldn’t recommend her to my friends and family. She did not communicate well with us especially since we were out of town. Definitely not what I expected from Tami and Coldwell Banker paradise.

Tami is an absolute subject matter expert. We were being transferred across the country for work and were assigned a relocation company.
