Tami was great from start to finish! We had to sell our current home and buy a new one in a very short period of time and she not only got us a great deal on the purchase, in addition $5k over asking on the sale and signed contract within days of listing that allowed us to cancel our open house. During the transactions she was proactive on both the sale and purchase making sure that the simultaneous transactions were closed quickly and that we did not have to worry about all the details.
