The experience I had with Tami F. and associates was good the process went smooth any questions I had were welcomed without any hostility. When they staged my home for sale they had a professional who knows what their doing and the advertising to push to get the home shown was a strong point of theirs. I have to admit I was a little worried about a contingent sell & buy if there was going to be a problem, but their wasn't one and everything fell in line timewise. A misinterpretation or lack of clarification had occurred on the purchase regarding furnishings, which displeased me a lot! I would recommend Coldwell Banker West to someone.
