Tami walked me through the process and provided me with all the information I needed to know also explaining about the current market and showing me quite a few other similarly priced homes in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach area. She really knows the area block by block. My house was not in great condition so had a few marks against it but I was not really interested in putting a lot of money into the house to sell it so Tami made some suggestions to help increase it's value without spending a ton of money. She has a great team of people that put in quite a bit of time to sell the house and were available on short notice at any time, were always helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions and kept me well informed during the whole process. I always felt that my interests were respected and a top priority. In the end Tami found a buyer after only 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the price we got for it. I feel very confident that we would not have sold it for any higher had we used any other realtor or waited longer for more offers as many potential buyers did not want to take on the work needed to fix up the house so I feel Tami did a great job!
