We then selected about 15 to see in person. Ronda drove us around, helping us to thoroughly evaluate each property we saw. After I found a house to place a contract on, Ronda and Tami assisted me in writing the contract. After that was accepted (with a few revisions), Ronda and others on the team helped me to find a loan agent, and work through the closing process. Chelsea Betrand was very helpful throughout that process. Ronda was consistently involved, including even after closing, ensuring everything was done per the contract. And they've continued to stay in touch, answering questions and providing referrals. Tami and Team were wonderful. I can't imagine any real estate agency could be any better!

First time seller here so I didn't know what to expect. Tami walked me through the process and provided me with all the information I needed to know also explaining about the current market and showing me quite a few other similarly priced homes in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach area. She really knows the area block by block. My house was not in great condition so had a few marks against it but I was not really interested in putting a lot of money into the house to sell it so Tami made some suggestions to help increase it's value without spending a ton of money. She has a great team of people that put in quite a bit of time to sell the house and were available on short notice at any time, were always helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions and kept me well informed during the whole process. I always felt that my interests were respected and a top priority. In the end Tami found a buyer after only 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the price we got for it. I feel very confident that we would not have sold it for any higher had we used any other realtor or waited longer for more offers as many potential buyers did not want to take on the work needed to fix up the house so I feel Tami did a great job!
