I highly recommend the Tami Fuller team. Everyone we worked with made the selling of our condo seamless. Once on the market, we had three offers within two days and Tami gave us expert advice as to how to handle the offers. You can't go wrong entrusting your property to the Tami Fuller team.
Not only Tami herself, but a very competent and experienced team in her office. Tami herself was very data driven, and her analysis helped us sell our home quickly and or a very attractive price.
I had the great fortune to use Team Tami Fuller to buy my home. At our first meeting, Tami and my assigned agent, Ronda Fox reviewed with us (my sister and I) a large amount of properties online. We then selected about 15 to see in person. Ronda drove us around, helping us to thoroughly evaluate each property we saw. After I found a house to place a contract on, Ronda and Tami assisted me in writing the contract. After that was accepted (with a few revisions), Ronda and others on the team helped me to find a loan agent, and work through the closing process. Chelsea Betrand was very helpful throughout that process. Ronda was consistently involved, including even after closing, ensuring everything was done per the contract. And they've continued to stay in touch, answering questions and providing referrals. Tami and Team were wonderful. I can't imagine any real estate agency could be any better!
Tami and her team did a great job guiding us through the process of selling our home! We also bought a property through them and the service is always prompt, cheerful and accurate. After both experiences I couldn't imagine using anyone else. Great advice on pricing of properties and local area. Special thanks to Blake Ames who showed us around all the properties when we were shopping for a house. Her knowledge of neighborhoods and available properties were invaluable.
Great experience with Tami and her whole team. From the date we listed the property, we had closed with a sale at the top of the listing range. Would recommend her to friends.
Tami was able to help us get our house sold in a matter of a few days. She had excellent resources for us to work with on the staging and required repairs of our house. Her team provided excellent communications and support throughout what can be a complex and sometimes difficult process. Highly recommended!
First time seller here so I didn't know what to expect. Tami walked me through the process and provided me with all the information I needed to know also explaining about the current market and showing me quite a few other similarly priced homes in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach area. She really knows the area block by block. My house was not in great condition so had a few marks against it but I was not really interested in putting a lot of money into the house to sell it so Tami made some suggestions to help increase it's value without spending a ton of money. She has a great team of people that put in quite a bit of time to sell the house and were available on short notice at any time, were always helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions and kept me well informed during the whole process. I always felt that my interests were respected and a top priority. In the end Tami found a buyer after only 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the price we got for it. I feel very confident that we would not have sold it for any higher had we used any other realtor or waited longer for more offers as many potential buyers did not want to take on the work needed to fix up the house so I feel Tami did a great job!
Tami and her team delivered excellent service in getting our Point Loma house prepared for market and in selling it quickly for a price we were satisfied with. We live out of state so relied heavily on Tami's team to recommend small pre-market improvements and hire the proper professionals to see the work through. I recommend Tami Fuller and her team to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.
Tami and her team are the best because they truly care. I have been in San Diego for 38 years now and trust is the main factor that is considered when I chose people to with. The other quality I look for is someone willing to take the time to educate you so that you can make an informed decision about buying or selling a property. No fast sell techniques, just education and facilitation with the voice of experience.
Tami sold my previous condo in PB and helped us purchase our new home in PQ. We LOVE Tami and her team! Everyone is great to work with, are efficient, and get back to your questions in a timely manner. Thank you Tami and your entire team! We will forever use you for our real estate needs and will encourage others to contact you for their needs!
Tami Fuller was recommended to me by a good friend in the real estate home loan business. I found her and her team to be very knowledgeable and professional. With their help I received a full asking price offer by a qualified buyer within the first week. I will recommend her or use her for any future real estate transaction.
Tami and her team were amazing from the start of our selling process to the closing date. They are professional, fast, efficient, and communicated every step of the process with us. Everyone was friendly and so easy to work with, I would recommend this team to anyone! We definitely plan to use Tami Fuller as we find our next house. We sold our property for above asking price, we closed a day early, and overall had a very positive experience. Thank you to ALL of you who helped! Tami you are the best and we appreciate all you have done!
