I was impressed that Tami watched out for our best interest, and was not just concerned with making a sale. She pointed out things in the homes we looked at that were things we should be concerned with, as well as good things. She also called after the heavy rains, months after we had moved in to our new home, just out of concern. She is very pleasant, and personable, and I felt she listened to what we were wanting.
My agent was fantastic. She new the area and market values and my home sold in 24 hours for the asking price. Considering the real estate market and the issues we are having with the nation's economy I feel very fortunate to have had someone with the experience and knowledge to make the sale happen so quickly.
