Tamera gives advise if it were her own property. She is very helpful with advise even before the listing is given to her. She helps with staging and color choses as well as do's and don'ts. She takes beautiful pictures of the property at different times of day to get the proper lighting and just takes the proper amount of pictures to get buyers attention. She routinely calls to update on showings and how they went. She shares comments from buyers and is open to changes if needed. She is there if needed during the entire process up to handing over the keys and after. It was my best decision to have her help me through this selling process.
