He is a calm person went through a lot trying to get a place we saw a whole lot of places and after we did got this place there was a lot of back and forth but kept his calm through it all.

It was such a pleasure to meet Tamer , one of the most professional & caring agents out there, we wouldn’t have wanted to buy a house with anyone else. He answered all of our questions, attended to all of our requests from the moment we started looking for a house to the very end when we closed on the house. He put a lot of attention to detail to help us find the perfect home especially during a tough market. He has extensive knowledge about the real estate field, which was such a plus because we had many unanswered questions that he was able to respond to. We highly recommend Tamer & speak highly of him. I can not even begin to tell you the love and care I had received from Tamer while we were looking for our home. The process took almost a year, this was due to the high competition house market. Tamer was out every weekend looking for me tirelessly. Before he helped me choose and area he did his due diligence and learned everything he could about the areas we had chosen. Over our time together Tamer must have written upwards to a dozens offers, also keep in mind that I was not his only client. Finally my wife and I found a house, it was a little out of our budget and Tamer helped me write up an offer, but he told me I should take a shot a the budget price. That was nearly 25k less than asking. Tamer had done so much research in the area that he thought maybe we could negotiate down. After a couple back-and-forth Tamer was able to negotiate the price down to only two grand more than my budget. Tamer was like a wizard. He sat in the seat next to me all the way till the day that I signed my paperwork. He explained everything to me and if he didn’t know the answer he knew who to ask. He answered everyone of my questions even when I was getting emotional about the situation. If you’ve never got a house, it gets emotional. I was incredibly lucky to have worked with Tamer Shalaby. Tamer is a true professional who helped us find what we were looking for. Our requirements were very specific and it took a while and 50 plus showings in several month before we found and purchased the ideal home.
