My experience with TaMara York was absolutely amazing! She knows the market extremely well, her communication is amazing and her professionalism goes way above and beyond. I had to sell a house in Florida and I live in Ohio. I found her on the internet and she was completely honest with me right from the start. She took care of everything. I did not have to worry about anything at all. She returned every phone call immediately and had answers to all of my questions. She took care of everything that I needed done to the house and communicated with me daily on prices and timeframes. Beyond all of her knowledge and expertise in real estate she is an amazing person with a heart of gold! She sold the house immediately and found another house immediately in a completely different area that my daughter needed to be in. She guided me through the entire process and made my life stress free! If you need something done ask TaMara, she has all the contacts as well to make it happen quick. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she has done for us! She helped us with things that wasn’t even her responsibility. I needed to replace the stove and she went on her own time and picked it out and bought it with her own money until I could get her a check in the mail. Who does that these days? Her ratings with me go way beyond perfect! She is completely honest and I would hire her again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend her!
