Tamara is excellent to work with. She is very organized, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She walked us through each step of selling and buying our home. She handled every detail. She had a professional photographer come out and capture our home beautifully and even included aerial shots and video via a drone. As we used her when we bought our first home, it was wonderful to work with someone so patient and understanding. She walked us through the process and made everything so easy! We used her again to sell our home 3 years later and she helped us make more than we thought we could have off the sale. Both times were a breeze and we truly appreciated all her hard work to make both transactions so smooth. We highly recommend her to any buyer, especially first time home buyers.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Tamara. Told us the things to tweak in the house to help in selling it. Works with a master photographer. Our house was beautiful to begin with but the pictures made it look even better. Sold our house in little over a day. Paperwork process was a smooth as can be. Gave us references for people to fix items needed in the inspection. We moved out of state before the closing. Tamara even met with our repair people at the house after we moved out. Beyond helpful. Feel so very lucky to have met her. 5 stars isn't high enough.
Inspected house before going on market and suggested changes to increase appeal which helped a lot. She priced it right for the market and sold for slightly over listing price. Also had professional photographer do pictures which looked great.
