TAMARA ROUSSO

Tamara Rousso is wonderful. Working with her has been my best home buying experience! She is a true expert at what she does. She is also kind, through and very informative at all of the many steps that were needed. I would recomend her services glady.

As long term real estate investors we have found that there are certain qualities in an agent that allow for a seamless transaction..... great communication, boundless energy, knowledge of the market, common sense and the ability to see the bigger picture of all the moving parts. Tamara Rousso embodies all of these characteristics. She recently helped us sell our difficult investment house in a challenging market. Allowing us to maximize our return in a timely fashion. Tamara is a true professional who is super positive and friendly! We highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

Tamara is just a friendly and delightful person and I really enjoyed working with her in both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one. We were able to negotiate through the typical selling hiccups, finding the perfect meeting point with our buyer to allow for a sucessful sale that was fair to all. This in turn allowed us to purchase with the funds needed for a nearly seamless sell and buy transaction. Tamara was a great partner in my real estate venture and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
