She's highly engaged and responsive, very detailed, and went above and beyond to keep us up to date on progress, even sending recaps of performance of our listing across multiple sites like Zillow and other MSL aggregators. Tamara's only interest is helping her clients achieve their goals. On several occasions, we saw her put her best interests aside in the pursuit of what was best for us. Even though we are leaving CA, we will remain in touch with Tamara for years to come I'm sure.

Tamara Pulsts is a wonderful realtor! In the Palo Alto market, there are so many bids for a home and we felt Tamara was a great realtor in representing our interests. Our home had 14 bids and we came out on top because of Tamara's professionalism and tenacity. Not only was she highly organized, her communication skills were exemplary. We always felt she was thoughtful, attentive and assertive as a representative for us. Every step of the way, she was communicating what we could expect and options of how to move forward. She clearly was knowledgeable of the Palo Alto area and had honest opinions of the pros and cons of homes when asked. Once she understood our purpose for the home as a rental property, she immediately gave us information about rental rates, homes that were sold within the past year within the same price range etc. it was an extremely useful set of data points in which we could better assess our options. I don’t have enough great things to say about Tamara. In all honesty, I feel extremely LUCKY to have found her. She is the main reason I have a place to call home today. From our first touchpoint, she was responsive, knowledgable, diligent, trustworthy, and extremely kind. She clearly knows the ins and outs of the market and was a wonderful resource for historical information, standards, and trends. The home buying process in this area is intense, dynamic, and competitive (as you can imagine). There wasn’t one moment in working with Tamara that I felt out of the loop of the process. She took 3 hours to walk me through all of the disclosure documents — page by page — explaining what things meant and what implications they would have on me. It was so so helpful and confirmed to me that she was definitely looking out for my best interests. She went above and beyond to represent my offer in a good light in a competitive situation, ultimately getting me the home I now call my own. I’m sad that I won’t be working with her as closely although happy I don’t have to be in the home buying process anymore :). I 10000% recommend her. She is an absolute gem. We worked with Tamara on one of the homes we bid on. From the start to end Tamara was excellent in helping us. She initially helped us understand the condition of the house and what work might be required after we get the house. Then, we decided to bid on the house. Tamara, provided valuable advice on how much to bid for the house. As we got closer to the time of submitting bid, Tamara provided guidance about bid price. This ensured that we we got a counter and we were able to win the bid inspite of several offers. In hindsight, I think we got the house at a reasonable price.
