We first met Tamara as the property manager for a house we rented until we found a house to buy. She mentioned she also is a real estate broker and could help us when we were ready. As a property manager she was excellent and promptly took care of everything we needed in the house. So we chose her to represent us as a buyer and are SO glad we did! Tamara explained the process clearly right from the beginning. She patiently took us from house to house, never pressuring us, but giving us good information and advice and answering (and re-answering sometimes) our questions. She helped us navigate a very poor buyer’s market. We finally had an offer accepted on a house that we are very happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tamara. She a total pro, she works hard, she LISTENS to you, and she can help you with every step along the way and after close.

First off I don’t consider Tamara my realtor, she is my friend. I have now had the privilege of working with Tamara on 3 properties. So obviously she has done enough for me to continue to go back. She has shown that you can count on her to do everything to get you the home you want and at the best possible price. First, once you use her she will remember you 5 or more years down the line (firsthand experience here), she will definitely show you as many places as possible, always willing to give opinions based on your wants but never pushes, helps to get the best deal for you, available at all times, will deal with home buyer craziness (trust me, we all have it, hopefully I wasn’t too bad), won’t stop till you close and the house is your’s, even then she will make sure your are happy after your purchase, and of course has a great personality and always puts a smile on! So if you just want a realtor that will do work and take money you can find anyone, if you want a realtor that will actually help you and get you what you want and do it while trying to get you a great deal. Tamara Martin is the one. She’s not my realtor any more she’s my friend and when I’m ready to move on to the next place she will be the person I call!
