We appreciate the hard work Tamara put in to helping us land a home in Long Beach. She was patient during the search, helped keep us informed on the market, and was always looking for ways to find a property that could be a fit. She pushed information and documents to us quickly during the transactional phase, handled all of the communication and details with the selling agent, and made sure everything went smoothly even with our very fast close process. Since the day of the close Tamara has remained a resource for us - as we managed the realities of moving in to our new house she has been there to make sure we found solutions to some minor logistical details and has been able to get some additional information about the property from the seller to ensure as smooth of a transition as possible. Thanks for everything, Tamara!

Tamara is professional and a joy to work with. Would recommend her for any transaction.

Tamara made buying a house such a breeze! I was brand new to home buying, and I am so thankful that I was in a great environment with such a professional and competent agent. She helped me every step of the way and I don’t think I could’ve gotten the home I did without her.

Tamara is very knowledgeable of the current housing market and my particular market area. She displayed a professional attitude and helped advise me in areas I was not familiar with. Tamara kept in contact with me through the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with her especially since I was selling my house from out of state.

The home buying experience that my wife and I had with Tamara Gordon was exceptional. We really ran her around looking at a lot of places, even entered a contract on a place only to have buyers remorse hit us hard, leading us to back out of that particular property. Tamara stuck with us not only patiently and professionally, but cheerfully, and the place we ultimately purchased with her help has made us very happy homeowners. We can recommend Tamara enthusiastically to anyone looking to purchase or to sell a home.

If you are a VA Loan buyer looking for a home in Long Beach you need to contact Tamara Gordon. Tamara knows Long Beach real estate and actually lives here. She assisted us in locating and purchasing a condo during the 2018 transfer season and represented us in buying our forever home in a super competitive 2022 market. For our condo purchase, our limited budget made finding an attentive agent difficult, but luckily NavyFed referred us to Tamara. Her knowledge, professionalism, and constant communication sets her apart from the rest.
