Tamara went our of her way to answer all my questions. Being a person who knows what I want, she listen to my needs and found homes that I expected. Closing was simple and easy. Living in another state I expected logistical problems but it was a seamless process. Thanks for all the hard work.
Tamara was of great assistance through the entire process. Despite living out of state and being several hours away, she was able to get the needed documents and anything else we needed to us in a timely fashion. We were able to close on the property despite a serious time crunch. Our experience with Tamara was great! Tamara went above and beyond to help find our new home. We were relocating from 3 hours away and needed to move pretty quick. Tamara worked with sellers to schedule viewings at our convenience. Tamara took our prefernces and price range into consideration to narrow our options and maximize our time. Tamara is very knowledgable about reality and has a great network that helps make the experience less stressful. Tamara was always friendly and personable. I recommend Tamara to anyone buying a home in the area. We will most definitely use Tamara again if we buy or sell a home im the future.
Tamara was a wonderful realtor to work with. She was always prompt returning our calls and was able to guide us in selling our first home. She expertly negotiated with the buyers to allow us to get a sale price above our expectations. Would without a doubt recommend Tamara as a realtor.
We sold a house that Tamara represented the buyer. I am very glad we had our own representative. Tamara was not familiar with putting a contract offer together and was unprofessional. I would not recommend using her as a representative.
