Growing up in a small town in Michigan, I left home to attend Seattle Pacific University in 1990. Before Graduating with my Bachelors Degree in Communication & Business, I lived and studied in Paris, France for one year at the American University of Paris. After graduation, I worked for Bank of America for 5 years in the Commercial Markets Group and later as AVP, Relationship Manager. I became a Realtor and Loan officer in order to stay with my 5 kids and work from home. I have enjoyed being a Realtor for over 18 years now! I was also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for 11 years. With a mortgage and real estate background, I have developed strategies for long term home buying, selling and investing that have helped my clients achieve their real estate goals. Over the last 18 years years, my husband and I have developed extensive experience in home rentals and property management as well. I am dedicated to providing outstanding service to each of my clients. I believe that a Realtor should help minimize the stress of buying and selling real estate, by proactively navigating strategies that help alleviate problems before the occur. I believe in constant communication with my clients and aggressive techniques that help get homes sold quickly and painlessly.

Tamara Dowd represented my wife Judy and me on the sale of two pieces of property one of which was our primary residence and the other which was a piece of vacant land. The two pieces of property were sold together as one transaction. The transaction was complex due to the location of the properties as well as the multiple Parcel nature of the sale. Tamara was nothing short of fantastic!! Her experience, knowledge of the local market and command of the sales process were instrumental to our success. She was available when we needed her and was quick to contact us as soon as she came across information we needed to know. At the same time as we were selling Tamara was representing us as we purchased our new primary residence. As soon as we finished this purchase we immediately went on to purchase an additonal condo. Again Tamara was crucial to our success for all the reasons already listed. This makes for 3 transactions encompassing 4 pieces of property in the space of about 120 days. As far as Judy and I are concerned we have only one real estate agent going forward and it is Tamara Dowd. She was recommended to us by friends who had used her services in the past and we have recommended her to more friends since. Everyone has had the same overwhelming positive experience with Tamara.
