Tamara was a real pleasure to work with and made the selling of my condo very easy. She is very knowledgable and kept me informed about any issues. She held multiple open houses and did great advertising of the unit to get lots of showings. I did not live in the unit, so she was willing to go to oversee any work being done so I did not have to come up to the house. Her office staff are also very dedicated and kept me up to date on any paperwork that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Tamara and would use her again if I was selling another property.
