Originally from Atlantic City, New Jersey—home of the famous Monopoly board—Tamara relocated to Florida on her own in 2013 with little more than the ambition to build her desired life. She worked hard establishing roots here within just a few months of her arrival and today considers her move to the Sunshine State one of her proudest moments—second only to becoming a mom. As a result of this experience, Tamara deeply understands the challenges that come with relocation and connects easily with those planning big moves. Tamara’s knowledge of Tampa’s housing market, best neighborhoods, schools and amenities continues to benefit buyers and sellers at all levels. She is a wiz at using the most effective marketing tools and stays in constant contact to ensure customers are comfortable and informed. And when it comes to closing, Tamara negotiates with great skill for win-win results.
As a mother of three, Tamara chose real estate to spend more time with her children while gaining financial freedom. Through her work, she hopes to help educate minority groups on how to build generational wealth and close the wealth gap through real estate.
Tamara holds a business administration degree with a concentration in accounting from HCC in Tampa. She credits her courageous, can-do attitude for success in both her personal and professional life. Tamara belongs to the greater Tampa Bay Realtors Association, Florida REALTORS and the National Association of Realtors. When she’s not working Tamara loves traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants and spending time in nature with her children. She takes much pride in mastery over her own destiny and is a fan of anything written by Toni Morrison, Dale Carnegie, Gary Keller, Napoleon Hill and Mya Angelou.
