My family and I relocated to the Austin, TX area from Iowa, with little to no knowledge of the area. We had a virtual meeting with Talitha before meeting her in person. She gathered our "wish list" of items for our home, the community and school districts. I got to spend a couple days with Talitha when I was there. We looked at several homes and Talitha provided her insight of the areas and homes. I learned so much from Talitha throughout the experience. As we chose our home, Talitha navigated a tough negotiation and coordinated everything with the seller. She showed toughness and grit while having compassion. We always felt Talitha had our best interests at heart. For an otherwise stressful relocation experience, Talitha made the experience wonderful.
