In May, my wife and i were looking for a local realtor to give us a market analysis of our home. We found Talacia right in our own neighborhood. Talacia responded immediately to my email and within 2 days we met with her and she had already completed her research. We were stunned to see how much our house was worth. Talacia suggested several pricing scenarios, set up a "coming soon" on Facebook to create interest, and planned for an open house. Once our home officially went on the market, it sold within 3 days. Talacia handled the negoiations, keeping us updated along the way. After we signed the contract, she was always available to answer the many questions we had. This review doesn't begin to include everything she did to assist us, but believe me she attended to every detail. It was a real pleasure to work with her, and her professionalism and attention to detail made it a breeze to sell our home. I would recommend Talacia to anyone - our experience was wonderful!
