Tal Kadosh

We had a wonderful experience buying our home. Tal was patient, thorough, detailed oriented, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. We got great service and bought the house we were looking for in the price range we wanted. Tal explained the whole process and kept us informed with everything almost daily. He was also excellent at following up with all the paperwork and details that come with the process of closing the sale of a house. Tal was constantly communicating with all parties making sure every aspect was executed accordingly. I highly recommend Tal as he is such a professional who cares for his clients' desires and fulfills their needs.

Tal was great in every aspect when we sold our home. He went above and beyond the call to get our house sold. He knows the real estate market well and told us when was the best time to put the house up for sale. Tal was always there when we needed information and questions answered. He was constantly contacting us to let us know where we were in the process of the sale. He has great communication skills with other agents, lenders, underwriting, etc to ensure everything is going according to plan. Tal’s organization skills were incredible. He always anticipated the next step in the process of closing and was ready to react with unforeseen circumstances. Tal has excellent knowledge of real-estate that makes him an expert in the business and a great agent to sell any home.
