The home buying experience has changed drastically from my first experience almost 30 years ago. I searched for a home and found thirteen (13) that I liked and wanted to put an offer in on. And, on thirteen attempts, others put in an offer before I could many in a matter of a few hours This went on from 2/25 - 7/25.
