Mrs.Smith is an amazing person and the best agent to work with. She stays on top of things and make sure it’s done. I was so pleased and very thankful to have her assist me in finding and closing on my wonderful dream home. She’s the best I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!
Takyla was excellent and patient during the long awaited sale of our home. Thank you for making it happen.
Purchasing a home was scary for me. Its a lifetime change. Takyla made it painless. If I had a question late at night I would text her and she would respond within hours. She held my hand through the entire process and calmed my worries. I am now in my home and I am so thankful that Takyla Smith was my agent. I highly recommend Takyla. Even if you may not be ready to buy she can guide you and tell you steps to take. She has great resources.
I HIGHLY recommend you use Takyla!! She was nothing less than amazing! My process had some hiccups but she was very helpful through the process. She has gone above and beyond to make my first home buying experience great.
Look no further! Takyla is truly a fantastic realtor and I would highly recommend her to everyone. She helped us sell our home quickly and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, honest and fun to be around. Always willing to help and gave great advice. We are very happy with the results!
This realtor over exceeded my expectations and put me at ease in finding a new home. The challenge for me was the fact that my goal was to downsize; however at the same time – to find a home that would provide me with the same comfort and joy as the one I previously lived in. After talking over my wants and needs in a home with Ms. Smith she knew what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and I had a lot of them. I would highly recommend Takyla Smith; if you are in the market for a new home. I am glad I found the right realtor for the job and it was a job done well. Thank you Takyla Smith and Keffer Reams Team Realty for an exceptional job in helping me find a new home. This journey would not have been the same without you

I was a first time home buyer and Takyla made my experience an enjoyable one. I never felt like I was being a bother even with my indecisiveness, she was very knowledgeable about the homes, area and could always answer my questions about the home buying process.
