As a first time home buyer, she has answered ALL of my questions ranging from determining the best offer price, to how a septic system and it's components works, to what is the best day to close on the house for our situation or pointed us to the right person. She made my wife and I feel like exclusive clients by communicating with us around our own schedules and helping us to buy a lovely home in an extremely tight market, all while we were relocating from the Hampton Roads, VA area to Southern Maryland.
