So, I've come a long way to get where I am in life, and a big part of that recently is because of Taimi. I am going through a divorce, and championing for an equitable time-sharing of our child my ex and I share. After the divorce, I rented a couple places, but I hated the idea of just paying hundreds of dollars just for a roof and four walls that I didn't own. In comes Taimi. She got to know my very personal situation, and was kind and empathetic throughout the whole process. Seriously, she even cheered me on when I'd tell her about non home related stuff. She had an email set up so I'd get listings that matched my likes/wants/needs/price, which was super convenient. Ultimately, I found a home outside of her, but she arrainged so I could view the property the very same day! I fell in love and she got me started. Anytime I was nervous, uneasy or anything, she was understanding and calmed my nerves. And I am a homeowner now because she guided me through! If I ever need to sell this home, or buy another, I have found my realtor for life!

Incredible realtor. We had to sell our father’s house long distance after his death. Taimi grabbed the reins from the beginning and sold our house at asking price within a week. Back up offers too. When there were issues on the buyer’s side with closing, she took the bull by the horns and helped us manage that too. We are so thankful we were able to work with Taimi as our Realtor. Before we were matched up with Taimi through Zillow, we had been through 3 other realtors and two other lenders that were not helpful at all! We put in a request for more information on a property we found using Zillow, and within 30 minutes Taimi called us and had us set up with a lender to get a preapproval letter.
