Tadd was very knowledgeable throughout the entire home sale process. The house was well marketed and we had a lot of views and it sold faster than expected. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Tadd and team exceeded my realtor expectations. He is proactive and answered all my questions very quickly. The home he helped me purchase is in a unique and area with some unusual down payment requirements. The home is also older, and without getting too detailed, we came to a point with the lender, inspection, and timing that could have put my good faith deposit at risk. Tadd, his wife, and assistant were ON TOP of the issue and had the solution laid out for me. Needless to say, that got taken care of and we were able to continue with the purchase. I do not think the level of attention and proactive communication I received from Tadd and team can be expected from the standard realtor experience.
