She has sold TWO houses for me in Ibis in the past 12 months! The first was the largest house in Ibis, 100% renovated in the minimalist style, i.e., unique with a limited market. Tabbi did everything imaginable to generate interest, showed the house to SIXTEEN different qualified buyers and sold it for a record amount - $6.3MM - in 83 days! She worked unbelievably hard and was always there for anything I might need. Very streetwise. Don’t believe what you might hear from other realtors: Tabbi brought ALL the potential buyers. While her work on this large house was impressive, I was actually MORE impressed with her work on the second house - one of the smallest in IBIS. Over the course of about 10 months, while the bottom was falling out of the RE market and we had two contracts for sale crater through no fault of Tabbi's, she showed this house to OVER FIFTY (50!) interested parties. I can't even count how many open houses she had. She did all this with a smile on her face and not one single complaint. She fought me every time I wanted to lower the price, saying we had it priced right :-) On occasion, I would win the debate and we lowered the price, but I still sold for more than I had paid at the beginning of the process. While selling the highest price house - ever - in IBIS was rewarding, Tabbi's work on this little problem was even more impressive! Can you imagine your agent sticking with you through two contract cancellations, showing your house cheerfully more than 50 times, and arguing with you to NOT lower the asking price? If not, you should be working with Tabbi. As I said, she's SIMPLY THE BEST!

Tabbi showed my house to SIXTEEN different qualified buyers and sold the house for a record amount - $6.3MM - in 83 days! We sold for more than $2 million more than any house has ever sold in Ibis, and set a record for the northwestern part of Palm Beach Co -almost $2MM more than any prior sale. She worked unbelievably hard and was always there for anything I might need. Any time; any day. She negotiated with vendors on my behalf, and always got me a better deal than I thought possible. Very streetwise. As I said at the outset, you simply cannot do better than Tabbi. Responsive, fair on all aspects of the deal, and easy to work with. I will definitely use Tabbi for all real estate needs in the future.
