She followed up with details to give the property good curb appeal. Once listed, we accepted an offer above asking price, but the buyer backed out at last minute for unknown reasons. Undeterred, Tabitha brought us another offer, even higher than the first! As a seller, communication is SO important from you agent. Tabitha kept us informed and covered the details of the sale. Highly recommended!
