Tabitha was diligent with sending us listings and scheduled appointments for us at times that were convenient (and sometimes last minute, at our request). Often-times was able to show us a home prior to the open house date. This was especially helpful because at the time, houses were being sold so quickly that by the time the open houses were scheduled, they were already sold and sometimes cancelled. Tabitha provided valuable expertise and input that helped guide us through the home-buying process. When we found the right home for us, Tabitha was detrimental in making the deal succeed. She moved quickly. She pulled the comparable homes that sold to help us determine the appropriate price. She got us all of the disclosures in a timely fashion. She negotiated on our behalf and helped us successfully land us a deal for less than the list price. She was the glue to the entire process and we couldn’t have done it without her. She coordinated with the lawyers, sellers, inspection, and mortgage company to ensure everything was set on the closing date. We highly recommend Tabitha to anyone looking for a home.
