We had two properties that we viewed (over an hour between) & she showed us a third, which we fell in love with. We moved on it immediately. She negotiated & worked her magic. Just over 30 days & we're in our forever home. She was incredibly helpful, always answered all our questions promptly, reassured us when we had doubts, always professional, so very knowledgeable & was honest when she didn't know the answer but found out quickly, very patient & always polite. She is genuine & down to earth. We would recommend Tabitha House to anyone looking for a home in Kentucky. She covers all of Kentucky!
