Sylvia Webb...where do I start...First and foremost this was my 1st time buying a home, I had been looking from Nov. 2020 until I meet Sylvia in July 2021..... From the min. I meet her she focused on my availability and my timeline that I had in mind to be in a home! I told her my wants and she did not stop not one weekend sending me listings and us being active at looking at many many homes. We even put in multiple offers throughout my journey in this crazy market! Oct. 2021, we were called back from an offer we had got out-bided on, it was my turn! On Oct. 7, 2021 we began Escrow, by Nov. 3, 2021 I had my keys and escrow had closed! This was all Sylvia and the great team behind us! If I would of never switched agents I do not think my dream would of came true! Sylvia is dedicated and works hard, she will find the way and the best house for her clients! I love Sylvia Webb - I highly recommend her if you want your dream to come true too!
