Silvia represented me the first day walking through the models as a customer with Richmond American homes. Silvia was always there to answer my questions, address my concerns, speak up for me when needed, if she didn’t know she would find out, I know I truly had someone on my side who really cared helping me anyway possible. Didn’t matter what time of day what day of the week she was always there just a phone call away or even in person. Silvia took time away from her personal time to assist me when needed.
