Outstanding Realtor Experience with Sylvia Ray!

Sylvia Ray did an outstanding job representing our recent Cornville property listing and sale. She priced it properly which surfaced a number of interested buyers over the first two listing weeks. It was a somewhat problematic property comprised of three parcels and multiple older buildings, some with active renters, and all with various maintenance and repair deficiencies. This made for a complicated sale that required mitigation of several challenging issues, buyer-seller negotiation, and a number of seller remediations. Sylvia was completely on top of everything, providing strong guidance and advice based on unequivocal deep experience. She was especially effective by virtue of clear & timely communications, and kept all activities on track. She performed considerable effort herself in researching and managing resolution of a serious property line issue, septic inspection & repair, and documentation of well rights. It was also beneficial that Sylvia had direct knowledge of some of the history of properties in the area. Sylvia was very easy to work with and exceeded my expectations representing our sale.
